Alpener Stadtlauf

The Alpener City Run takes place on Wednesday before Corpus Christi, June 3, 2026, and is a long-standing running event in the municipality of Alpen. The course follows a loop of around 2.5 kilometers through the heart of Alpen, with the start and finish at the Alpen Sports Center. The program caters to all ages and ability levels, with races ranging from the Bambini run to the 10-kilometer race. The event is known for its lively atmosphere and the support of spectators along the course.

Bambini runs (400 m) are free to enter. Certificates and gifts for the top finishers in each age group. Special prizes for the largest club to register in advance, the fastest boss in the company race, the fastest apprentice in the company race, and the schools and daycare centers with the most participants. Race bibs can be collected at the race office on the sports center grounds. Numerous parking spaces are available in the town center. Music devices are prohibited during the race. Late registration is available up to 60 minutes before the start for a fee of 3 euros. The event takes place at the Alpen Sports Center and includes various race distances and community activities.
