AHRTuS-Lauf mit Ahrtal-TEAM-Cup

The AHRTuS Run is a club-organized race day above the Calvary Hill in Ahrweiler, prepared by TuS Ahrweiler volunteers in Quarzkaul. The program starts with races for toddlers, children and teenagers, followed by 5 km and 10 km races and a 6.2 km Nordic walking course. The adult course runs mainly along shaded forest roads and narrow trails, with some elevation gain, including a climb through the Maibach gorge with numerous wooden bridges. The 10 km race is also the final event in the Ahrtal TEAM Cup, where club teams compete for the last points. The event combines a family-friendly atmosphere with sporting competition and offers children medals, a bouncy castle, a play bus and live music at the start and finish.
