8. Flensburg liebt dich Marathon

The Flensburg loves you Marathon offers a diverse running experience with courses through the modern and historic city center of Flensburg, along Marina Sonwik, and at the harbor. The marathon consists of four laps of 10.55 km each, with maritime flair, and finishes at Südermarkt. Additionally, there is a half marathon over two laps on the same course, as well as other runs such as relay marathon, 10 km, and 5 km races. The event sends a positive message for community and quality of life in the region and warmly invites runners of all performance levels.

For registrations from 24.08.2026 onwards, bib numbers are not personalized, no medal engraving and no shirts are offered. The distribution of race materials is upon presentation of the digital registration confirmation or an ID document. There is a participation limit of 1000 runners for the marathon and 2000 for the half marathon. The award ceremony takes place at Flensburg Galerie. Participation with electronic playback devices, walking sticks, baby joggers, strollers, and animals is not permitted for safety reasons. Online registration only, pick-up of race materials at Flensburg Galerie, various race distances including relay marathon, children's runs, and trial training sessions.
