7-MEILEN-TRAIL

The 7-mile trail in Kaiserslautern offers two challenging routes: a short 4-mile route for running and Nordic walking, and a long 7-mile route exclusively for runners. The courses lead through varied terrain with a high proportion of single-trails and are completely free of asphalt. Start and finish are located opposite the Sommerhaus restaurant on Pfaffenbergstraße. The event is ideal for trail running enthusiasts seeking a natural and demanding running course.

Start and finish opposite the Sommerhaus restaurant on Pfaffenbergstraße. Refreshment stations: 1x at the finish area on the 4-mile route; 2x on the 7-mile route (after 6 km at the TSG fountain and at the finish). The long route is only for runners, the short route also for Nordic walking.
