Race description
The DeisterCrossing is a close-to-nature extreme experience in the wooded Deister Mountains near Springe. The event offers running and marching routes over 10 km, 21.1 km (half marathon), and 42.2 km (marathon) with challenging ascents, including the Deister Hölle with 200 meters of elevation gain in a row. Participants enjoy a well-marked course with refreshment stations, seating options, and sandwiches for marchers. The event is characterized by consideration and fun in nature, with an award ceremony for the fastest runners and a finisher gift as a memento.

Additional information
Race number pickup from 7:15 AM at IGS Springe. Timing with rental chip, return in exchange for wheat beer glass as finisher gift. Showers and changing rooms in the sports hall of IGS Springe. Parking available at IGS, netto, BZE. Arrival by S5 to Springe station, 10-minute walk to the school center North. Award ceremony for 10 km and half marathon at 12:00 PM, marathon at 2:30 PM. Patches for sewing onto for marchers. Trail event with challenging topography, refreshment at aid stations, options for runners and walkers.
