Race description
The Rammelsberger Steigerlauf is a challenging mountain run in the Northern Harz, taking place at the World Heritage Site Rammelsberg in Goslar. The event offers various courses with inclines of up to 30%, passing through historic mining scenery and diverse forest and mountain passages. Participants can look forward to professional timing and a unique running experience with an alpine character. The courses range from a short race for children to a marathon and trail with up to 1110 meters of elevation gain. The event is aimed at runners, walkers, and trail runners who want to challenge their endurance and footing.

Additional information
Late registrations are possible on August 21st from 3-6 PM and on August 22nd from 8:00 AM on site with a late registration fee of €3 until 30 minutes before the start. All participants receive a yellow wristband for free access to the mining site (no guided tours). The BergmannTRAIL starts 200 meters underground, requiring a helmet, at 250 meters of tunnel. The event takes place in all weather conditions. Dogs are not permitted on the premises. Courses with up to 1630 meters of elevation, challenging sections with up to 30% incline, mining scenery, late registrations possible on site.
