42. Bugasee-Marathon

The 42nd Bugasee Marathon will take place on June 11, 2026, in Kassel and is organized by Laufwerk Kassel under the direction of Sylke Kuhn. The course is 42.3 km long and runs flat on paved park paths around Bugasee in Fuldaaue. The marathon consists of an initial segment of 1.7 km followed by 10 laps of 4.06 km each. The event is conceived as a birthday marathon and offers a personal atmosphere without organizational fees, as these are covered by the birthday person.

Own timing, bring your own refreshments, no showers or changing rooms available, certificates will be sent as PDF via email, medals for registration by May 28, minimum age 18 years, scoring according to DLO, participant limit in place, race takes place with at least three participants.
