3Kings3Hills Trailrunning-Festival

The 3Kings3Hills trail running festival in the tri-border region near Haidmühle offers challenging trails with tough uphills, exciting downhills and flowing sections. Distances range from 6 km to 168 km and cater to all ability levels. The festival combines a sporting challenge with the unique landscape of the Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest. Finishers receive a fresh slice of pizza at the finish as well as a keepsake. The event is internationally recognised and awards ITRA points and a UTMB Index.

Drop bags are available for 100 MILES ULTRA TRAIL® and ULTRA TRAIL® XL. No drinking cups are provided at the aid stations, so runners must carry a hydration container with a capacity of at least 1 litre. The 3KINGS Tracking App is mandatory for ULTRA TRAIL® XL, ULTRA, MARATHON, BASE and SHORTY for safety and route verification. Finishers receive a fresh slice of pizza at the finish. The finisher shirt is limited edition and can be purchased in advance. Participant extras at the festival include finisher shirts, pizza and a tracking app. The event takes place in a picturesque location in the tri-border region and is part of the Austrian Trail Running Championships 2025.
