38. Frankenwaldlauf

The 38th Frankenwaldlauf in Oßla offers races over 18.5 km and 9 km as well as Nordic walking. Additionally, there are shorter distances for children and adolescents, including the Oßlaer Gimpel-Lauf. The course runs through the Thuringian Forest and features a beautiful natural scenery. The event is part of regional running cups and provides a family-friendly atmosphere with on-site catering and award ceremonies.

Race numbers and payment are to be made on-site on race day. Late registrations are possible until 8:15 a.m. There is catering with water, tea, soft drinks, fruit, as well as sausages and beverages for sale. Changing rooms and toilets are available free of charge at the cultural center at the start/finish area. Parking is sufficient, e.g., at the cemetery and start/finish area. Certificates will be sent via email after the race. The award ceremony takes place at 11:30 a.m. in the start/finish area. Card payment is not possible; the nearest ATM is in Wurzbach.
