Race description
The 34th Emder Matjeslauf takes place on Saturday, 30 May 2026, in Emden city centre. This traditional city race has been organised by Emder Laufgemeinschaft e.V. since 1991 and is known well beyond the region. In addition to the 10 km main race, there are school class and team classifications, making the event suitable for all age groups. The course has been adjusted because of construction work on Neutorstraße, but still offers an attractive circuit through the city. Emder Laufgemeinschaft looks forward to welcoming many participants and wishes everyone the best of luck.
