Race description

The 15th Brunsberg Run on September 6, 2026, in Buchholz/Holm-Seppensen offers runners a varied program with main races over 11.7 km, a half marathon, and a 5 km family run. The routes lead through forest and blooming heathland with highlights such as the Höllenschlucht, the Brunsberg, the Mühlenteich, and the Zwergentunnel. Additionally, there are four children's races for different age groups. The entire family can enjoy an attractive supporting program at the finish area. The Brunsberg Run is themed "Running and Doing Good" and supports charitable organizations in the region.

Additional information

The transponder for time measurement is rented free of charge and must be worn on the ankle (40 EUR fee in case of loss). Water stations are available on the long routes, and free drinks and snacks are provided at the finish. There are team competitions for 5 km and 11.7 km runs with at least four runners. Award ceremonies take place immediately after the races. Dogs are not allowed on the routes. Changing rooms, showers, and sports bag storage are available in the sports hall. Routes through forest and heathland, children's races, supporting program at the finish, donations for charitable purposes.
